The former official “Kyivmiskbud” reported on suspicion of theft of property worth more than 77 million.

“Kyiv Prosecutor’s office reported about suspicion to the former high-ranking Joint-stock companies of the holding company “Kyivmiskbud”, the times of administration Leonid Chernovetsky, the fault is dropped from communal ownership shares in 32 joint stock companies in favor of six companies registered in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus”, – stated in the message.

As it turned out, the official, abusing the official position, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons organized embezzlement of another’s property. As a result, in September 2010 from municipal property gratuitously dropped control packet of shares of 32 joint-stock companies totaling more than 77 million.

Besides, in Prosecutor’s office noted that the former official also charged with abetting in forgery, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, as well as possession of firearms, ammunition without lawful authority.

“Claims of capital Prosecutor’s office illegally alienated the shares of the company “Kyivmiskbud” has already returned to its rightful owner,” added the Agency.

In turn, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko wrote on his page on Facebook that we are talking about former top-Manager of JSC “Kyivmiskbud” Vyacheslav Topchiy.

“Currently, the court directed the petition for election measures of restraint”, – said the head of the GPU.

We will remind, earlier Prosecutor General of Ukraine made a revision of criminal cases in relation to the activities of eks-the mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky and the officials who worked at that time under his leadership.
