The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine recalled the observance of international laws and human rights.

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin denounced the murder of the Ambassador of Russia in Turkey.

He said this in his Twitter.

“Russia bears responsibility for the monstrous human rights violations and killings of thousands of innocent people in Syria and Ukraine. However, this does not excuse the murder of Ambassador of one sovereign state to another. International law and human rights must be respected,” – said the Minister.

Recall, Ambassador Andrei Karlov was killed during the opening of the photo exhibition in Ankara. His killer, law enforcement officers, was eliminated on the spot.
