MPs fought in Parliament, discussing the Tax code: in the course went the bottle and the handle

The parliamentarians discussed the draft law “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine concerning improvement of investment climate in Ukraine”.
During a meeting of the tax Committee of the Parliament between the deputies had a quarrel. First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Andriy zhurzhiy (fraction “Self-help”) launched one of the colleagues of the pen, to which he replied a plastic bottle.
As reported “Interfax-Ukraine”, discussion arose during discussion of bill No. 5368 “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine concerning improvement of investment climate in Ukraine”, which should be passed on second reading.
At the Committee meeting was also attended by first Vice Prime Minister-Minister of economic development, Stepan Kubiv and Finance Minister Oleksandr danylyuk.

As reported, the bill No. 5368 bills along with the number 5131 on the changes to the Budget code (regarding the improvement of the preparation and execution of budgets) and # 5132 on changes to the Tax code (concerning balancing of budget revenues in 2017) are the base for the adoption of the state budget for 2017 and earlier were adopted in the first reading.
The Committee has already recommended the projects No. 5131 No. 5132 for adoption in General. As the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy, now the texts of the documents distributed to MPs to hold hearings in Parliament on Tuesday.
