A court may declare unconstitutional provisions of the law on e-Declaration, through which officials can be held accountable.

Also, a Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office opened seven criminal proceedings against MPs: members of Parliament pointed out that doing this, except to work in the Verkhovna Rada, other paid work.
