Compromise on key points proposed by the oligarch Victor Pinchuk, in an article for the Wall Street Journal, impossible.
In the Administration of the President of Ukraine responded to the material of the billionaire, in which he offered to make “painful compromises” for peace in the Donbass, in particular, to consider a temporary withdrawal from the agenda the issue of accession to the European Union, temporarily unable to raise the issue of Crimea and Donbass and to forget about joining NATO in the short and medium term.
The Wall Street Journal has published an official response to the AP. This column under the heading “Respect for Ukraine is critical to achieving lasting peace”, signed by Deputy head of the presidential Administration Konstantin Yeliseyev, reports European truth.
“I can not agree with him (Pinchuk) call for compromise based on the fears. Fear and weakness – bad advisers. They only warm up the appetites of Russia”, – said Elisha.

The article lists three key points for Ukraine.
“No – u-turn on European and Euro-Atlantic integration. It would be a surrender of independence and sovereignty of Ukraine”, – said Elisha.
“No – trade territory of Ukraine, Donbass, Crimea. These areas may not be traded for peace,” he says.
“No to elections in the Donbass until Russian boots (military) remain on the Ukrainian land,” – said the representative of the AP.
In his opinion, “agreement on conditions of Russia are wrong”.
