The world Bank has updated the forecast concerning growth of economy of Ukraine

The report notes the progress in reforms in Ukraine.

By the end of 2017 , the economy of Ukraine will increase by 2%.

This updated forecast was announced by the world Bank in its report “Global economic prospects”, writes UNIAN. However, the forecast coincides with the fact that the world Bank has voiced six months ago in June 2016.

“Ukraine’s GDP will rise due to the improvements in the security and effectiveness of the reforms. Growth in 2017 is expected to reach 2%, which is unchanged from forecasts Jun 2016”, – the document says.

The world Bank noted progress in the reform of public Finance, debt policy, reforming the energy and banking sectors of Ukraine.

We will remind, the state budget of Ukraine for 2017 laid more optimistic forecast of GDP growth at 3%.
