Hug personally met with the Russian military in the Donbass
Vice-Chairman of the OSCE SMM Alexander hug said that he personally met in the Donbas with the Russian military.
He said this in an interview with “Ukrainian truth”.
“Indeed, in our reports you can read about some cases where we recorded people who wore Russian symbolism. As well as our observers, including me, met people who claim that they are members of the departments of the Russian Federation. Emphasize that these people claimed that they are part of these units,” he said.
Hug noted that the findings have to do parties to the conflict.
“The SMM was not authorized to identify the parties to the conflict,” he added.
