The U.S. Senate approved by a majority vote of the candidacy of Jeff and Roman sessions at the office of the attorney General of the United States. The nomination of a new attorney General was supported by 52 senators, 47 voted against. Moreover, the sessions have received the support of all Republicans and one Democrat in the upper house of the United States.
