The European Commission has described the condition under which Ukraine will receive 600 million euros of aid

Ukraine next week will get 600 million Euro macro-financial assistance from the European Union. This was stated by the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker during a meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman. About it reports the 5th channel.

However, Juncker stressed that this requires that the government presented a bill to repeal the ban on the export of timber.

“As soon as the government will present a bill on a moratorium on the export of timber in Parliament is, from my point of view, a sufficient condition for the issuance of 600 million euros, Ukrainians expect that this will happen in the coming weeks”, – said the head of the European Commission.

In addition, Juncker during a meeting said that bezviz Ukraine will receive before the summer.

In turn, Groisman said that the bill lifting the ban on the export of timber has already been submitted for consideration, and the decision will be in the interests of Ukraine and the European Union.

“A bill to repeal the ban introduced in Parliament, we are consulting and at the completion of this work will find the right solutions that will be in the interests of Ukraine and EU”, – said Ukrainian Prime Minister.

We will remind, earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during the summit Ukraine-EU in Brussels promised to lift the moratorium on the export of unprocessed timber. Such reforms are necessary to obtain macro-financial assistance, which presumably will come in the near future.
