Holding the meeting in “Norman format” on Ukraine at the level of heads of ministries of foreign Affairs is scheduled on February 18 in Munich.
This was at the briefing in Moscow, official spokesman for the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, reports UNIAN.

“Also on the 18th will meet in “Norman format”. It worked. There is a possibility of its realization,” – said Zakharov.
We will remind, earlier the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that the Russian side deliberately dragging out the negotiation process on settlement of the situation in the Donbas, expecting a change of key world leaders.
