SBU opened a case against Russian writer Prilepin, who wants to take over Ukraine

SBU opened criminal proceedings against controversial Russian writer Zakhar Prilepin – “the Deputy commander of the special forces battalion on work with staff of the army DND”.

About it reported a press-the Secretary of SBU Elena Gitlyanskaya in Facebook.

“The security service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against the citizen of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Prilepin,” she says.

According to the press Secretary of the SBU, the pre-trial investigation is conducted under part 1 of article 258-3 (participation in activities of a terrorist organization) and part 1 of article 258-5 (financing of terrorism) of the Criminal code.

Recall, the Russian writer Prilepin supposedly created on their own initiative the division, which, in particular, is going to conquer all of Ukraine.
