Yanukovych has until March 5 to see a case of treason
Pechersk district court of Kyiv ordered the defense deprived the title of President Viktor Yanukovych acquainted with the materials of the case of treason for 17 days i.e. till 5 March.
This was announced by the judge Vladimir Karaban, write “Ukrainian news”.
The court partially satisfied the petition of the Main military Prosecutor about restriction of term of acquaintance with case materials. The prosecution requested to set the period of 10 days. The Prosecutor’s office believes that lawyers of the former President are deliberately delaying this process. The lawyers requested to be given a month to familiarize with the materials of criminal proceedings.
Prosecutors predicted the end of the review the protection of Yanukovych with the case of treason until February 20. The Prosecutor General’s office is expected to start trial the prosecution Yanukovych of treason in March.

We will remind, Yanukovych said that had a number of questions to the GPU is relatively open against him of high treason. This is stated in the letter by the former President to the Pechersk court on January 18.
Suspicion Yanukovych has declared the public Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko during video interrogation of a former head of state. At the same time Lutsenko has declared that will give the documents to lawyers who were present at the hearing, and will give properly to Rostov. Note that the main argument of the prosecution was a letter from Yanukovych to Putin asking for military support.
