The Prosecutor’s office qualified the next shelling as a terrorist attack
The firing of Avdeevki’s terrorists, which killed a local resident, the Prosecutor’s office qualifies as a terrorist attack.
About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
“As a result of shelling killed a local resident. The Prosecutor’s office qualifies this as a terrorist attack”, – stated in the message. From-for attacks of fighters also damaged a high-rise building.
Information on this fact brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the crime under part 3 of article 258 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (terrorist act). The number of victims and destruction is established.
