Fighters already 37 times broke the agreement on ceasefire in the Donbas – Klimkin

“We are talking about the agreement in the Tripartite group. So, there’s a ceasefire agreement since February 20. But it should not be only a political appeal, we should see that the other side (Russia and insurgents) adheres to this agreement,” – said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, was quoted by “European truth”.

Klimkin said that the meeting in Normandy format was virtually no discussion on the political track.
