Russia officially recognized the passports of “LNR” and “DNR”
The Russian Federation officially recognises passports that give fighters in occupied Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. About it reported in a press-service of the Kremlin.

Recall, at the security conference in Munich on February 18, Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that “Kiev must comply with the Minsk agreement“.
And before the leader “DNR” Alexander Zakharchenko said that the militants are ready to fight off the Ukrainian military Kiev-controlled territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
