Recall that a week before his resignation from the post of adviser to the us President for national security Michael Flynn received the plan for the lifting of sanctions against Russia. This was reported by The New York Times.
According to the newspaper, the plan calls for “withdrawal of all Russian troops from Eastern Ukraine and holding of a referendum on the transfer of Crimea is leased by Russia for a period of 50 to 100 years.”
The newspaper notes that the document, which was compiled by Andrey Artemenko and delivered to the White house Michael Cohen, contains “more than a peace plan.”
