The Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak said that the line of collision in the Donbass is 37 thousand Ukrainian servicemen.
About this Poltorak said at the operative gathering of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Wednesday, February 22.

He noted that on the line of contact are protect Ukraine 37 thousand servicemen of the armed forces. The rest of the staff is on duty, training centers, grounds and classrooms.
“We will be able to protect Ukraine and to fulfill all the tasks facing the Armed Forces. Evidence of this is the 72 brigade and other units, which in the example of the Town have shown that they know how to fight and that are ready for their state to give their lives and sacrifice their health,” — said Poltorak.
We will remind, Russia pulled to the border with Ukraine nearly 50 thousand military, 470 tanks, 390 artillery systems, 1.7 thousand armored combat vehicles, 220 rocket launchers, 490 combat aircraft and 24 warships.
Since the beginning of the Russian offensive in the Ukraine killed more than 2.6 thousand Ukrainian military.
