ROSHEN said that is irrelevant to the sale of liquefied natural gas
ROSHEN Corporation declares that has no direct or indirect relation to the sale of liquefied natural gas.
So the company responded to the investigation of the program “Schemes”, which said that the Ukrainian market of liquefied natural gas came in a new company supposedly close to Viktor Medvedchuk and ROSHEN.
“In connection with the release in the media of a number of materials that ROSHEN confectionery Corporation relates to the sale of liquefied natural gas, ROSHEN Corporation declares that these guesses have no foundations, and the sale of gas ROSHEN Corporation has no relationship, neither direct nor indirect. ROSHEN Corporation does not have any interests in the fuel market”, – said in a statement on the website of the company.

It is noted that ROSHEN – one of the largest Ukrainian manufacturers of confectionery products. The Corporation includes the Kiev, Kremenchug and two Vinnitsa confectionery factories, dairy Vinnitsa factory “Roshen”, as well as the Klaipeda confectionery factory (Lithuania) and confectionary BonbonettiChoco (Hungary). Mariupol factory is under liquidation, and the Lipetsk factory will be closed from April 2017.
Recall that in the investigation of the program “Schemes” States that in the beginning of the year , the Ukrainian energy exchange put liquefied natural gas on sale 4 firmsthat have not previously been seen in the import of large volumes of this fuel. They replaced the 16 importing companies in respect of which the security Service of Ukraine is investigating.

These companies are the founders of the British company Foreway Sales LLP, through which, according to custom, the Corporation “Roshen” in 2015, to sell their products to Turkmenistan.
