A PR campaign. In Parliament explained that the removal of immunity Savchenko is necessary to lay down the mandate
Statement of people’s Deputy Hope Savchenko, removing her parliamentary immunity will have no legal consequences. This was stated by first Deputy Chairman of Committee on regulations of the Verkhovna Rada Pavel Pynzenyk.
“If the MP does not want to bear the full scope of rights and obligations defined by the Constitution and laws for it, then one must lay down his parliamentary mandate”, – quotes “UKRINFORM” his words.

According to Pynzenyk, the statement about the lifting of immunity may be only PR.
“Hope Savchenko, probably invented some new legal institution – independently on its own initiative, removing the so-called parliamentary immunity. This our legislation does not know. It is rather a PR campaign. There is no such thing – the removal of immunity,” he said.
As reported, on February 21 the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Nadezhda Savchenko wrote a letter of refusal from parliamentary immunity and published the corresponding photos on the page in Facebook.
Previously Savchenko left the party “Batkivshchyna”. About the decision of the all-Ukrainian Union “Fatherland” said the MP Ivan krulko.
