The government dismissed the Chairman of the state ecological Inspectorate Andrei Zaika
Today, February 22 at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine members of the government approved the dismissal from the post of Chairman of the State ecological inspection of Ukraine Andriy Zaika.
About it reported in a press-service of the Ministry.
It is noted that on 11 January 2017, the government of Ukraine has instructed to conduct an internal investigation concerning the activities of Andrey Zaika on a post of the head of state inspection. At the time of the meeting Andrew, the Stutter was suspended from duty.
In addition, a Commission was established by the Ministry of environment the activities of the state ecological Inspectorate regarding the state policy implementation in the sphere of state supervision (control) from June 2015 to January 2017 and is being tested.
In its conclusions, the Commission recommended that the Minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine to introduce an Act on results of check of the state environmental Inspectorate, which establishes the presence in the actions of Andrey Zaika signs of misconduct, the materials of the disciplinary proceedings of the Commission on senior civil service, as well as send to the law enforcement agencies Act on the results of checking all materials for consideration and response.
