The Ministry of economic development will lift sanctions against 15 importers of fuel, suspected of having links with “LDNR”
The Ministry of economic development and trade will terminate the sanctions against 15 importers of fuels and lubricants and their contractors, which previously were suspected of financing “LDNR”.
This is stated in the message Ministry.
It is noted that the Ministry began to receive numerous requests from companies, associations, manufacturers and the media, which said about the lack of such offenses.
Thus, the Agency addressed the SBU with a request to review the materials on the presence in actions of subjects of violations, and confirm the feasibility of extending spectacle.
February 23, SBU reported that the initial data is proved in part, and the ratio of entities to harm the interests of Ukraine is not proven.
In this regard, the SBU proposes to abolish sanctions against 15 importers of fuels and lubricants and their contractors, namely: LLC “NP-trading”, LLC “Oil-trading”, OOO “Volna-Tech” OOO “Logistik sistems Management”, LLC “Gallon Group”, LLC “SVG Plus”, OOO “Evrostandart Avtogaz”, PE “Company “Nadezhda” PE “olan”, PE “old-Nick”, “West Trading&Marketing Oil Corp”, “Restimpex System LLP”, “Tarone Trade LLP”, “Ameralda Trading Limited”, “Danier Holdings LLP”.
We will remind, Ukraine has imposed sanctions against some importers of fuel, who financed the “LDNR”. Ukraine of 18 March 2017 imposes sanctions against a number of major importers of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and petroleum products, suspected them of financing the Pro-Russian separatists in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
