The kidnapping of Goncharenko has opened a criminal case
Prosecutors have opened a criminal case on the fact of theft of the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Alexey Goncharenko.

In particular, the production opened under part 2 of article 146 (kidnapping or illegal deprivation of liberty) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

In the Parliament called for the establishment of a special headquarters in connection with the abduction of the people’s Deputy Goncharenko. This call was supported by the Chairman of the Parliament Andrei Parubiy, he added that the police should immediately take all measures to resolve this problem.
In turn, people’s Deputy Andrey Denisenko on the sidelines of the Board stated that the kidnapped Goncharenko “there were no problems in the family, was not a business as such, so that the abduction could be linked to political activity.”
