The SBU explained that on Donbass detained Ruban
The head of the Center of release of captured OO “Officer case” Vladimir Ruban detained because of violation of the established order of crossing the demarcation line in the ATO area.
About this on his page in Facebook reported the press Secretary of the security Service of Ukraine Elena Gilanskaya.
“In the Donetsk region of the SBU is conducting a survey! Vladimir Ruban in connection with the fact of violation of the established procedure for crossing the demarcation line in the ATO area”, – stated in the message.
According to her, currently, we also study the question of the possible cancellation of permission to cross the contact line of Vladimir Ruban.

It is worth noting that on the eve of Friday, February 24, the head of public organization “Officer corps” Vladimir Ruban, together with the people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko arrived in terrorist “DNR”.
The adviser to the interior Minister Zoryan Shkiryak declared that Savchenko tried to enter the location of the advanced Ukrainian brigades in the area of ATO and called on the military before the coup. The SBU stated that will check this information for Savchenko.
Savchenko, in turn, spoke about damp and cold in the chambers of the six Ukrainian prisoners of war.
