Yanukovych declared that Levochkin and Firtash could behind him to provoke the Maidan
The ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych stated that the head of his administration Serhiy Liovochkin and oligarch Dmytro Firtash, was behind the protests on the Maidan in 2013-2014.
He stated this in an interview with Der Spiegel, reports DW.
Yanukovych assures that it gave orders to disperse the Euromaidan on the night of 30 November 2013, when law enforcement officers beat students.
First, the former President accused the “radicals” who were provoking the police. Then he suggested that Levochkin and Firtash could behind him to become the Director of the Maidan.

He says Yanukovych learned about the bloody clashes only the next morning during a game of tennis, while Lyovochkin did not respond to calls.
We will remind, the head of the Department of special investigation GPU Sergey Gorbatyuk said that the General Prosecutor’s office found no evidence of the involvement of the former head of the presidential Administration Victor Yanukovych of Sergey Levochkin to disperse the Maidan November 30, 2013.
