The engineer called the problem objects in Kiev

In an interview with TSN.ua said the engineer of the Institute “Kievdormostproekt” Rashid Khalilov.
“Povitroflotskyi overpass – Avenue of Victory – street. – this site requires intervention. There is not so much a problem in the constructive as in violation of the regulations, for example, on the envelope. This means that if we in terms of reconstruction under the overpass should be 5.5 m and there are, relatively speaking, is already 3.3 m,” said Khalilov.
He stressed that in the capital there are no such problematic objects, where something may collapse.
