Turchinov explained why not run for President in 2014
NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov did not put forward his candidacy for the presidency after the revolution of Dignity because of lack of time.

According to Turchynov, it was a difficult task, because all levels have been sabotage.
“Many did not believe that we will be able to keep the situation and restore order. They really waited for the return of their old masters, thinking that the Russians will be here all disperse, Yanukovych will return, and we are not lit up… Sat and waited, quietly sabotaged… it All had to break to get all the work,” – says Secretary of the NSDC.
