GPU announced shocking the amount of losses for Ukraine from the actions of the chief of Coastal armies of the black sea fleet
GPU finished a pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings concerning the chief of Coastal armies of the black sea fleet of the Russian Federation Alexander Ostrikova.
On it informs a press-the Secretary of GPU Larisa Sargan.
We are talking about the crimes provided by part 3 of article 110, part 4 of article 27, part 1 article 111, part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 437 of the criminal code.
The military Prosecutor has made an indictment against him.
Ostrikov accused of that, occupying the post of chief of Coastal armies of the black sea fleet of the Russian Federation, in the period February-March 2014, in the territory of Ukraine, namely Crimea, acting by prior agreement with the commander of the Russian black sea fleet Alexander VDOM and other officials of the armed forces, has implemented the lock, the capture and control facilities and military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State border service of Ukraine in Crimea.
Also he is accused that he had committed acts which were aimed at violating the territorial integrity of Ukraine, changing the borders of the territory and the state border. GPU argues that his actions led to serious consequences and damages in the form of loss of objects of state property totaling more than 1 trillion UAH.
In addition, according to the investigation, Ostrikov personally persuaded the commanders of the military unit АА2272, stationed in Feodosiya and АА0669 stationed in Kerch, to commit treason.
