Due to Nasirov, the state has not received 2 billion – the anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office
The head of the State fiscal service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov is suspected of committing actions that have caused the state damage amounting to UAH 2 billion.
This was stated by the head of the fourth Department of Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office Roman Sivkov, reports TSN correspondent Valery Kovalinskaya.
According to him, the consequence considers that Nasirov took an unreasonable decision to defer a rent payment for extraction of mineral resources. It helped MP Oleksandr Onishchenko to implement corruption schemes, which are incriminated to him.
Roman Sivkov noted that when the detectives NAB came to the hospital “Feofania” to give Nasirova the message on suspicion, they tried to stop, citing the fact that it is not the reception time. But detectives were still inside.

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andriy zhurzhiy, who was on scene, noted that Nasirova still suspect handed. He doubts that the head of the GFS really has problems with health.
“I think he will be in hospital, given the stance of the doctors that he has a bad condition. Although I can say that I went upstairs and I could hear the doctors talking to him. As far as I know, the investigators, when I went into the house, he closed his eyes and pretended that he was unconscious,” said Zhurzhiy.

The evening of 2 March in “Feofaniya” came 10 lawyers. They protect Nasirov, but they say that their powers are not confirmed, because client did not consent about their provision of legal aid. One of the lawyers Alexander Lysak says Nasirov detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine – this article provides for detention of a suspect without a warrant of the investigating judge. Now the head of the SFS is under guard in the intensive care unit.
Lawyers believe that the detention and reports of suspicion Nasirova was held illegally.
“All the actions of the detectives that happened today, we believe it is illegal, because, firstly, the basis for detention indicated in the detention record, neither meets the requirements of the criminal procedure code or any other requirements of the criminal procedure law… He was not the contact. He hasn’t been able to establish productive communication, to communicate. In fact, the detectives NAB broke the law and illegitimate way to made this process. Despite the ban doctors,” says another lawyer Alexander Miroshnik.

We will remind, on the night of 3 March, the detectives NAB and the Prosecutor of the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office handed over the notice of suspicion to the Chairman of the State fiscal service Novel Nasirova, who is in the hospital “Feofania”.
According to media reports, Nasirov is suspected of abuse of power during the signing of the personal decisions on the installment plan of tax debts of enterprises of the orbit of the Deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko, which appear in primary production in the so-called “gas case Onishchenko”. Roman Nasirov was repeatedly summoned for interrogation in this case.
Onishchenko is suspected of organizing the schemes of embezzlement of public funds amounting to about 3 billion during the extraction and sale of natural gas within the framework of agreements on joint activities with JSC “Ukrgasdobycha”.
In early December 2016 Onishchenko for the first time issued a record with “dirt”, where supposedly recorded his interview with Oles Dovgy, who plays the role of mediator between Onishchenko and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
Subsequently, the people’s Deputy, the fugitive declared that has transferred these records to US intelligence.
However, the Administration of the President’s statements regarding the “compromising” on the head of state calls untrue.
