The police opened proceedings because of the “blockade” of railway lines in Konotop
The police opened criminal proceedings due to the blocking by the participants of the blockade of railway tracks in Konotop.
This was announced by the speaker of the national police Yaroslav was Trakalo, reports “Ukrainian truth”.
