We also discussed other topics, including the continued support of Ukraine, which continues to address both houses of the U.S. Congress.

We will remind that earlier The Washington Post published an article on the two meetings with Kislyak and Roman sessions in 2016. According to the publication, at the time of taking the oath in Congress, the attorney General said nothing about these contacts. The newspaper added that one of the meetings took place in September – a period which US intelligence agencies believe “the peak of Russian hacking campaign” designed to influence the outcome of presidential elections in the country.

The representatives of the Democratic party of the USA and Roman sessions urge to leave the office.

The public Prosecutor rejected the definition given in article information and stressed that he never met with representatives of Russia.
