Marushevska showed a video of armed SBU officers who came to her home
The former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevska has published a video that shows armed members of the SBU.
According to Marushevskaya, they came to her to conduct a search.
“These are equipped fighters came to me, saw the camera and ran together with the investigators of the Prosecutor General. Why attempt a search could not explain. Said that wasn’t going through. Obviously lying, as came from the special forces “alpha”, two witnesses and the determination that allows you to search my place at any time prior to March 7, inclusive. Politely and mindlessly fulfill the order,” wrote the former head of the Odessa customs.
Earlier, the former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevska said that her apartment trying to search the SBU and the GPU. According to the former official, she is abroad and investigative actions are trying to hold while she is in the country.
In the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has denied this information. It said that investigating the activities of officials of the Odessa customs which may be involved in the creation of conditions for registration of customs declarations for import to Ukraine of goods at an undervalue from November 2015 to November 2016.
The actions of the security forces, according to the former official, are pressure in response to the scandalous arrest of the head of the DFS of the Roman Nasirov.
Between Marushevskaya and Nasirov was a conflict. The then head of the Odessa customs accused his immediate supervisor – the head of the DFS – block of its initiatives by appointing people to customs. After that, Marushevska has received three reprimands. Nasirov promised to dismiss the clerk, but she resigned.
On the night of 3 March, the detectives NAB and anti-corruption prosecutors suspect handed to the Chairman of the SFS Novel Nasirova. The detention occurred in the Metropolitan hospital “Feofania”.
On the morning of March 3 Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office reported that Nasirova is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences). Head of DFS is suspected of involvement in “gas schemes Onishchenko”. And the night detention is due to the fact that he had information about a possible escape him abroad.
During the investigation Nasirova was removed from office.
