The trial against Nasirov admitted the file at the Institute of cardiology to the case
Solomensky regional court of Kiev on Sunday, 5 March, decided to add a refined conclusion of the Institute of cardiology named after Strazhesko about the health of the Roman Nasirov to the case.
The petition asked the prosecution at the beginning of the meeting about election of a preventive measure suspended from their duties the head of DFS Novel Nasirova, reports Ukrainian Pravda.
Prosecutors read part of the conclusion, which States that in the stabilization of blood pressure, the patient can continue treatment on an outpatient basis, and that as of March 4, he does not require emergency medical care.

Later, one of 9 lawyers Nasirov participating in the meeting, read out the entire text of the opinion. Lawyers had not objected on its accession, however, argued that these documents were obtained by the prosecution in the illegal method.
The court also granted the prosecution’s request for interrogation as a witness the Chairman of the medical Commission, which provided an appropriate conclusion.

He Nasirov also asked to give him the opportunity to complete the survey and to stabilize the condition, after which he will be able to participate in the meeting.
However, at 11:35 the court refused to postpone the court session on Sunday.
