You home: SBU returned to a normal life ex-militants “DNR”
SBU in the framework of the program “waiting for You at home,” has called for voluntary addition of weapons and return to normal life for former militants “DNR”.
This is stated on the website of the SBU.
In 2014, the man during the temporary occupation of Slavyansk, Donetsk region, under the influence of propaganda joining one of the illegal armed groups “DNR”. In its composition he was on duty at illegal checkpoints and did not participate in the fighting.
According to the SBU, the militants have realized the true “ideals” of the militants and was disappointed in them. After the liberation of the city by the forces of anti-terrorist operation for fear of persecution, the man went to Russia, where his relatives live.
Now he is in the territory of Ukraine, hopes that the court will exempt him from criminal liability, given the absence in the actions of serious crimes.

After completion of all procedural acts, Belovodsky district court freed the man from criminal liability for committing a crime under part 2 of article 260 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
