Nasirov overnight in court – lawyer
The head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov till the morning will remain in court.
This was stated by his lawyer Alexander Lysak.
According to him, a further hearing should be held in the premises of the Solomenskiy district court in Kiev.
Most lawyers Nasirov left the premises of the court under shouts “the Shame!” activists. Near Nasirov left a few lawyers, doctors, MPs.
The lawyer explained that Nasirov not go to the public chat, because, they say, his position and statement are not consistent with the SAP and the NEB, representatives of which in the night did not come to court.

Note that the investigators of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine left the building Solomenska district court, where is suspended the head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov.
At the exit of the court one of them said expired 72-hour time limit for the detention of the suspect. Thus, Nasirov officially free.

We will remind, the head of the State fiscal service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov is suspected of abuse of office and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of over UAH 2 bn.

Onishchenko is suspected of organizing a scheme for the theft of funds in the extraction and sale of natural gas in the framework of joint operation agreements with PJSC “Ukrgasdobycha”, which was caused to the state damage for the sum about 3 billion UAH.
