On the background of the case Nasirov USA urge to create in Ukraine the anti-corruption court

Amid delays in the case debarred from the duties of the head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov, the US state Department said about necessity of creation in Ukraine of anti-corruption courts. This is stated in the press service of the American Embassy on Twitter.

Also, American diplomats noted that the actions of the Ukrainian civil society, which calls for effective and transparent judicial process, “inspire”.

We will remind, according to the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik, special anti-corruption court may appear in Ukraine in 2017.

For this February 1, the Verkhovna Rada has registered a bill to create an anti-corruption court. The draft law proposes to create Higher anti-corruption court of 70 judges who will be the accused all the things NABU and SAP.
