The Cabinet officially suspended Nasirov as head of GFS
The Cabinet of Ministers published the order about dismissal of the head of the SFS of the Roman Nasirov and temporary appointment in his office Miroslav Sold.
The corresponding decree, dated March 3, appeared on the Government portal on Monday, March 6.
“Remove Nasirov Roman Mikhailovich from exercising the powers in the Chairman of the State fiscal service of Ukraine”, – said one of the documents.

Another order to this position was appointed Miroslav Sold.
“In connection with the suspension of the Chairman of the SFS from exercising the powers of office to impose on the time of the suspension Nasirov carry out duties as the acting Deputy Chairman of the specified service Sold Miroslav”, – stated in a different order.

We will remind, Nasirov is suspected of abuse of office and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of over UAH 2 bn.
The consequence considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of the Deputy Onishchenko, the “gas business” were arbitrarily granted a number of enterprises the possibility of tax liabilities in installments.
