Almost a quarter of a million hryvnias for a month. It became known how much earns each member of the CCG

225 thousand hryvnia per month — so basically earns each member of the High qualifications Commission of judges of Ukraine.

Such data follow from the response to the request to the CCG from the “all-Ukrainian Association “Maidan”, which activists have published in Facebook.

“Changes made to the law “On judicial system and status of judges” from the beginning of the year had a positive impact on the wages of members of the High qualification Commission and High Council of justice, which has increased several times. We decided to send requests to find out what is now the salary of the members of the VSP and the Vienna Convention”, — said activists of automaidan.

“The high qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine was more open than the High Council of justice and responded to our request for wage received by members in January 2017. The amounts are impressive, one month members vkks have got virtually the annual salaries of judges of 2016. In January the CCG members were paid more than 3 million UAH of wages”, — said the activists.

In addition, the activists of automaidan have suggested that such earnings have members of the High Council of justice, which is not provided in the response to the query the precise numbers regarding salaries.

“We assume that the same number received in January and members of the High Council of justice, however, in their opinion, the information about salary is proprietary and is not to be published. Well, I wonder how they hope to hide it in their declarations?” — concluded the activists.

We will remind, earlier the head of the vkks declared mass redundancies among Ukrainian judges. So, today two Ukrainian courts and the appellate courts were working less than 50% of the judges. Separate courts ceased functioning due to the lack of judges.
