Near the village of Lugansk fell through planned breeding forces

Breeding enemy forces near the village of Lugansk, which was scheduled for Tuesday 7 March, failed because of systematic violations of the mode of silence from fighters.

This reports the press center of staff ATO.

The staff noted that according to the Minsk agreements, the main condition for the withdrawal of forces and means is unconditional ceasefire by both parties within seven days.

But with 1 on 7 Mar fighters seven times fired at near the Village with small arms.

“On the recorded violations were promptly informed by the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire on the contact line of the parties. Specified once again demonstrated the unwillingness of opposing parties to fulfil its obligations”, – stated in the headquarters.

Recall, March 1, at the meeting of the Trilateral contact group on the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas was agreed on dilution of forces and means of the sides near the village of Lugansk. Breeding was to take place on 7 March.

For the first time about breeding forces was agreed in the autumn of last year, but 13 Oct 2016 breeding forces in the Village of Lugansk finally snapped. On the eve on the presidential level, it was determined to begin withdrawal at 10:00 am. However, the militants shelled the military and so flagrantly violated the terms of the breeding effort. The terrorists not only at night but at 9 am, after the opening of KPVV, fired two grenades.
