In SAP prepare the appeal regarding the amount of cash collateral Nasirov
Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office is preparing an appeal against the decision of the Solomyansky district court in respect of the cash collateral. This was stated by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine and head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.
So, in SAP want the Deposit amounted to 2 billion hryvnia, as required initially, to enforce the Roman Nasirov their procedural obligations.

“Our team of prosecutors worked hard this phase of preventive measure and we are satisfied that the court properly recognized our arguments concerning the preventive measure in the custody of the Roman Nasirov. At the same time, we are now preparing an appeal against the decision of Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv, as part of alternative measures of restraint — cash collateral — we stick to our original requirements of 2 billion UAH to the amount of the bond to ensure compliance with Roman Nasirov their procedural obligations”, – said the Holodnitsky.
Recall that the Solomensky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint is dismissed the Chairman of the State fiscal service Novel Nasirova.
Assigned detention for a period of 60 days until 30 April 2017.
The Deposit in the amount of UAH 100 million. The presiding judge read out the ruling about three in the morning, after 17 hours of the hearing.
The prosecution was granted a judgment against the Chairman of the SFS of the Roman Nasirov, but did not rule out an appeal.
