Protection Nasirov appealed against his arrest and the bail
Lawyers suspended SFS head of the Roman Nasirov appealed the arrest of a senior official.
This was stated by the lawyer Nasirov Igor Cherezov, reports Еспресо.TV.
According to him, lawyers have already appealed the decision of Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv regarding the arrest of the Chairman of SFS and collateral in the amount of UAH 100 million.
“Now we expect the appeal hearing,” added Tcherezov.
Note that the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office is preparing an appeal against the decision of the Solomyansky district court in respect of the cash collateral.
We will remind, the Solomensky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint is dismissed the Chairman of the State fiscal service Novel Nasirova.
Assigned detention for a period of 60 days until 30 April 2017.
The Deposit is UAH 100 million. The presiding judge read out the resolution after the third night, after 17 hours of the hearing.
The prosecution was granted a judgment against the Chairman of the SFS of the Roman Nasirov, but did not rule out an appeal.
