This is stated in the statement of the security Service of Ukraine, issued on March 10 after the Lugansk separatists released a video with prisoners Ukrainian scouts.
The militants accused the prisoners of war and the murder of one of its leaders Oleh Anashchenko, as well as of subversive activities on the territory neocontrol and preparing terrorist acts on the territory of Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
“The SBU drew attention to the fact that the terrorists published stories has deliberately been said about the organization of terrorist acts in Russian cities. Why the security Service concludes that Russian special services are trying to commit terrorist acts on the territory of Russia and blame the Ukrainian authorities”, – reads the statement of the SBU.
