The people of Kiev were allowed to transmit the meter readings to the water via the popular messaging app Viber
In Kiev, launched a new service for transfer of indications of counters on cold and hot water.
This was reported in the press service of “Kyivvodocanal.”
“Enter another modern method of transmitting meter readings via Viber” – said in the message.
As explained in the company, to transfer evidence, you need to download the mobile app on smartphone and add the contact number (044) 202-0202.

“To account for the data in the message body, you need to specify the account number, address (street, house, apartment), prior, current indicators of hot and cold counters and the difference. If you have multiple meters, e.g. cold water, please, indicate their numbers and previous/current performance on each,” – said the press service.
Separately, the company noted that as before the counters can be transmitted through the payment message, website and contact centre of “Kyivvodocanal” or Center of municipal services (CCS), as well as service centers.
Recall that in the first day of spring in Ukraine has increased the cost of electricity for the population. The increase in tariffs will not be the last this year. Experts have warned that raising tariffs complicates the already difficult debt situation of Ukrainians for communal. “Statistics showed that the population is not able to pay such prices. The level of payments for the first time in 15 years fell below 90%”, – said the Director of the analytical center “Institute of” Alexander Sergienko.
