Shkiryak explained who and how will be able to cross the line of demarcation in the Donbass

The overlap of transportation routes due to blockade in the Donbass will not affect humanitarian goods, as well as public and private transport of Ukrainians who cross the line of demarcation.

On this day, March 15, at the TV channel “112 Ukraine” said Advisor to the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Zorian Shkiryak.

“It’s very simple. Will be discontinued all transport, i.e. rail and road, excluding the private messages because there are citizens of Ukraine, who can navigate (via the line of demarcation – ed.). And, of course, we are not talking about humanitarian supplies (Ukrainian and international), which can be delivered to support Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territory. Everything else will be blocked and banned movement”, – said Shkiryak.

According to him, to cross the line of demarcation on foot the citizens of Ukraine, no one will deny.

However, he stressed that public and private transport will be allowed to cross the boundary line after verification by law enforcement agencies within controversie activity “to avoid any provocative actions and movement of persons with terrorist inclinations… in particular this applies, of course, and items that are prohibited for transportation in the ATO area”.

Recall, an emergency meeting of the NSDC adopted a decision on the full termination of trade with the occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

A meeting of the national security Council gathered via collisions between participants of the siege and the security forces.

Blockade of trade with ARDLA lasted a month and a half and moved into a new phase after the detentions of dozens of activists at station Krivoi Torets of Donetsk region.
