“In particular, contractors unnecessarily increased the volume of work performed, made in acts of the performed works doubtful data about used materials and construction machinery, and also incorrectly applied the rules and fees”, – noted experts.
In addition, said the auditors, one of the performers repairs – LLC “Tillman Engineering” – prevented them from working. As they say, it was impossible to carry out counter verification in order to document the cost of custom-made spacecraft “kievavtodor” of works on capital repair of the southern bridge across the Dnieper river in the amount of more than 46 million UAH.
“Also during the audits revealed violations of legislation in the sphere of procurement for state funds. For example, the Corporation has not canceled the auction and concluded with contractors contracts for a total amount of almost UAH 418 million, despite the inconsistency of offers bidders the requirements of the bidding documents,” – said experts.
