The law on dual citizenship is a matter of national security – Poroshenko
President Petro Poroshenko said that the adoption of the law on dual citizenship is a matter of national security.
According to him, MP or government official when making important state decisions not be guided by the interests of other States than Ukraine.
“I will do everything I can to in the Ukrainian Parliament was only the Ukrainian people’s deputies with the Ukrainian citizenship, because it is a matter of national security,” said Poroshenko in an interview to Ukrainian TV channels.
