To register ready to move in private homes let through the Internet
The Declaration of readiness for operation, that is the final document in the construction, after which it is already possible to check in or start working in the room today can be accessed through the Internet, the correspondent of TSN.
We are talking about the construction of the so-called I-III categories – private homes, shops, garages, small warehouses. Developers of high-rise buildings, malls or other large structures need to operate as usual – to bring documents in paper form in the Center of administrative services in the region.
Now all services Gosarhstroyinspektsii for private building you can get online. A total of seven. The pilot project, as part of the campaign for introduction of e-governance in Ukraine, implemented with the support of OSCE project Coordinator in Ukraine.
“In 2016, nearly 50 thousand of construction objects were commissioned on the basis of the Declaration. However, even using the simplified declarative principle, citizens continue to face some inconvenience with the written paperwork and spend time on trips to of tspau. E-service excludes such negative factors”, – said Alexey Kudryavtsev.
The new service is already available. It can be used through the portal Gosarhstroyinspektsii e-dabi.gov.ua and on unified state portal of administrative services my.gov.ua. Electronic forms to fill is, tips and auto check.
Do not have to bring paper and Declaration for registration of ownership of real estate. The Registrar will receive it automatically from the unified registry Gosarhstroyinspektsii.
