For Nasirov made a Deposit of 100 million hryvnia, and it will soon be released
Debarred from the duties of Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov can be released today or tomorrow. A Deposit in the amount of UAH 100 million for him was made by his wife Catherine Glimbovsky. Nasirov will be able to leave jail after you check the data regarding payment of the Deposit.
“Today, the wife of Roman Nasirov, who is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences), made a cash Deposit, determined by the ruling of the investigating judge of the solomiansky district court of Kyiv on March 7, 2017 in the amount of 100 million UAH on a special account of Solomyansky district court,” confirmed the specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office.
In SAP assured that will “ensure that all measures provided by law for the proper participation of the Roman Nasirov in the pre-trial investigation”.
Recall that Nasirova was arrested on March 2. He was handed a notification on suspicion of abuse of office. According to the investigation, Nasirov in 2015-2016, acting in the interests of the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko, gave illegal instructions to make a baseless decision about the installment tax debt LLC “Firm “Khas”, “Carpocratians”, LLC “Nadra the Geocentre”, which led to applying to the state losses for UAH 2 billion.
