Parliament has denied terrorists the right to agreement with the investigation
The Verkhovna Rada adopted amendments to the criminal code concerning conviction in absentia. In this case, the text disappeared the amendment, which some members called the latent Amnesty for militants, says the story TSN.19:30.
The members of the terrorist organizations will not allow to enter into agreements with the investigation. But to cooperate with the justice the law allows other suspects in very serious crimes, if they pass their accomplices. “Is it possible to conclude agreements in cases of investigation of activities of terrorist organizations? Also Yuriy Lutsenko said that the law will begin in absentia trials for 190 cases. In particular, we are talking about the case of Yanukovych, the Russian generals and traitors in Crimea. The head of the GPU was assured that at the end of this year the Prosecutor’s office will give the absentia of the State Bureau of investigation. It, however, has yet to be created.
