Bellingcat found dozens of pieces of heavy equipment militants in the Luhansk region
Independent expert and the journalistic group Bellingcat analyzed messages on Twitter user under the name Igor Girkin, which shows armored vehicles, including tanks, as stated, near the village Bugaevka in the Luhansk region, which is located on the occupied territory.
