The Kremlin reacted to the sanctions against Russian banks in Ukraine.

This was stated press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reported.

“Russia is extremely concerned about this, because both, to put it mildly, not conducive to the formation of the atmosphere, suitable for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Rather, on the contrary, this here blockade of Donbass, it is the failure of any prospects for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. While we are very carefully monitoring the situation,” Peskov said.

According to the representative of Putin, “in Moscow will certainly analyse the implications”.

“Any measures and decisions currently formulated was not, but a serious situation requires us to be extremely careful,” he said, answering the question, what will be the decision of Russia in connection with the blockade of Donbass and the situation with Russian banks.
